FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Will I lose weight quickly?

A: My coaching is not a quick fix nor a restrictive regiment to follow. Rather, it will give you the tools and the support you need to sustain a healthy lifestyle and achieve your goals. 

 

Q: Do I have to follow a strict meal plan?

 

A: No. You do not have to give up your life. Strict meal plans do not take into consideration your social life, so you won’t be told what to eat on a certain day at a certain time. You will be provided with recipes and meal ideas that are catered to your goals and lifestyle so it’s completely flexible. 

Q: Will I have to spend hours in the kitchen cooking meals?

 

A: Only if you want to. Most of us have other commitments and priorities, so it’s not realistic to ask this of you. Following an initial consultation, we can establish what methods will work best around your lifestyle so that it is truly sustainable.

 

Q: Can I take part in the nutritional coaching if I’m vegetarian, vegan, gluten or dairy free?

 

A: Of course! All meal plans are personalised to the minute detail. Plus, there are plenty of delicious recipes available that cater to all dietary requirements. There is really no compromise.

 

Q: Do I have to exercise every day to see progress?

A: Not at all. As mentioned, my plans are developed to fit around your existing lifestyle and goals with the aim of being sustainable. You can easily reach your goals without hitting the gym if you'd prefer to just focus on nutrition.

Q: I don’t have time to go to the gym, can I still make progress?

 

A: Yes. My fitness coaching is tailored to your lifestyle. My plans include 10-minute home workouts and video demonstrations, so you can really do them anywhere.
