"Tuesday's plan was a complete game changer for me. I have tried many 'diets' and always found the main issue with them has been sustainability. However this has been so easy as it is food that you enjoy and want to eat, but it teaches you healthier alternatives and portion control. This means when I get cravings for spaghetti bolognese or pizza it's not a problem as there are ways to make it healthier!

 

I've always found in the past drastic changes in diet have never been maintainable and you drop weight fast but put it on even quicker. However, this has been an even loss that I feel I can continue with as I have a much healthier relationship with food.
